Labyrinth Buffet
As many of you know I spent all last semester working on my
buffet course. This involved us to make 3 cakes, 3 bite size items and 4
chocolates, 12 portions of each, and a centerpiece that reached 12 in tall. We
were asked to pick a theme that would tie them all together; due to my love of
Jim Henson I decided to do my theme based off of the movie The Labyrinth!

Wedding Dress Cupcakes
In November, I was asked to create 50 cupcakes, half white cake have red velvet, decorated with rosettes and in the form of a wedding dress. When putting it together it didn't look like anything until I was finished and I loved the turn out!
